We are a friendly hands on company based in Ipswich, Suffolk. We cover all of East Anglia including Essex, Suffolk and Norfolk. We will also supply to the rest the United Kingdom. We've already supplied hot tubs from Cornwall all the way up to Scotland. We have good links with all our suppliers and can offer bespoke hot tubs tailored to your specfic needs. We offer friendly advice on all your hot tub needs from choosing your the best hot tub for you to installation advice and water care and maintenance advice.
We offer a range of hot tubs to suit all budgets and requirements. All our hot tubs are priced with affordability in mind and unlike many other dealers offering tubs at low prices our service doesn't stop when the hot tub is delivered on your drive. We offer full aftersales service and advice. We can provide a full installation service from just placing the hot tub on its pad to arranging the electrican and any building work necessary.
We have a showroom in Ipswich with up to 10 hot tubs on display, we are extremely easy to find, located just off the A14 on junction 54.
Coming from the A14 - Leave the A14 at junction 54 (signposted Sproughton). Follow the signs into Ipswich onto Sproughton road, just past the VW dealership about 500 metres on your left turn left into the Whitegates site (you will see a used car site at the front) we are situation just behind there.

Payment and Conditions
We accept most forms of payment including credit cards and debit cards. When purchasing your hot tub we normally ask for a small deposit to secure your hot tub, then the remaining payment upon delivery. Please note there is a 3% surcharge when paying by credit card, although debit cards are free. Please make all cheques payable to "The Tub Company Europe Ltd". Full conditions available on request.
