Hot Tub Servicing
We offer a comprehensive set of service packages for your spa or hot tub and from just £129.00. We are able to service spas and hot tub by all major manufacturers. We offer 2 levels of servicing and also a seasonal service if you don’t wish to use your tub through winter or want it ready for summer.
Fresh Start
The perfect service package to coincide as your drain down schedule, why no let us save you time and take away the hassle of the draining your spa and incorporate this into your regular maintenance. Recommended to be performed on a quarterly basis.
Complete Service
We would recommend a complete service to be performed annually to keep you hot tub in perfect condition. It can also be carried out as part of a spring re-commision if you haven’t used your hot tub over winter.
Free fitting service
As part of the service if we find any worn or defective parts we will fit these free of charge (time and parts permitting) as part of the service. We will however keep you informed of any additional work or parts that may be necessary and under no circumstance will any additional work will be carried out without your strict permsssion.

| Complete system flush – A chemical wash out of the pumps and pipework using a chemical cleaner to remove any build up of dirt and fat that may have accumulated |

| Clean and degrease filter elements – Using a supplied cleaning solution, note older filters may need replacing ** |

| Empty, deep cleanse, wet vacuum and rinse of hot tub shell |

| Jets and pillows removed, inspected and cleaned |

| Full inspection of components – All components such as pump, blowers, etc are checked. Pumps checked for noise and leaks, etc * |

| Check ozonator – clean and descale if necessary |

| Full plumbing inspection for leaks – All pipe work and glued joints are checked * |

| Check heater and circulation pumps is clear of scale |

•

| Tighten all unions and inspect, replace and seals if necessary |

| Spa refilled with fresh water |

•

| Spa started and all pumps primed of air |

| Initial water balance using customers chemicals |

| Clean and inspect cover and treat with 303 vinyl protectorant |

Seasonal Services
Winterise Service
- System Flush and chemical clean of pipework – removal of bio-film, chemical deposits, etc from pipework
- Comphensive Drain down – including removal of water from the pumps and pipework
- Inspection of components
- Remove and clean filter, leaving the filter out of the hot tub
New Season Service
- Refill
- Removal of all panels to check all components and fittings
- Full check for leaks
- Chemical Doseage
- Run and Test
Coverage
We can cover the majority of the UK, our main area is South East England, Midlands and East Anglia – including Essex, Suffolk, Norfolk and Cambridgeshire, but we have been as far as Belfast and Edinburgh on repairs. Please call us for a callout fee to your area, our fee’s are based on your location.
