We found the knowledge of your products to be excellent, the purchase uncomplicated and competitive, installation faultless and post service care also very good, especially now that you are based in Bury St Edmunds. This was my first experience of buying a hot tub. Having had the priviledge to travel the world and try many resort hottubs it was always something I had wanted to get for myself. The time came when I had the room to have one at home. After much researching and much calling a variety of companies it was clear that the good and accurate advice was going to be difficult to piece together until I came across the Tub Company. Two very genuine men who spent a lot of time helping me with all the intricate questions and often being so honest to say that what I thought I wanted may not be quite right!! After many many calls and amazing patience from the men I placed my order for a tub. The purchase was snag free and I was kept informed all the way along of the next steps, we agreed a date for delivery and as promised they came and set the tub up perfectly (even though it was a difficult indoor installation) and left us understanding exactly what we needed to do. The after care has been fantastic any small question answered without fuss. The internet order line is a great plus to be able to buy chemicals and fun seats and glasses for the tub. I would whole heartedly recommend anyone to buy from the company and wish I had found them earlier so I had not been filled with the rubbish from other suppliers. Tub is fine, now we are back home I use it on average 5 nights a week. Certainly no regrets with our choice!

Great service and always helpful

Undoubtably one of the best investments we’ve made. Used constantly throughout the year including New Years Eve, star watching in the tub is simply awe inspiring. Cannot fault The Tub Company in any way, constant help and advice is always available. The tub itself has been excellent with no problems at all. We would recommend to anyone with no hesitation.

I would be pleased to recommend The Tub Company for their initial advice, set up service and overall value for money package – they delivered on their promises and provide a back up service to match, not as if we’ve had to rely on it so far, the hot tub performs exceptionally well and is regularly utilised…..far beyond our initial expectations…..I would also recommend the bromine solution rather than chlorine as advised by The Tub Company. I bought my Hot Tub in May 2010 as a very much Impulse Purchase! The Tub Company were very competitive in price, extremely helpful and installation was quick and easy. Since then I have had a Service from them also and I would highly recommend their services and tubs.

Excellent service and very good personal advice on the treatment of the water which was our biggest worry. Hot tob has been very good and very enjoyable through the winter months and particularly in the snow. No regrets.

I refused to buy an expensive item like a hottub from the internet as there would be no comeback or customer service. I finally got one from The Tub Company who show the reason why I didn’t get it from ebay. The light failed, they came straight out and fixed it in 2 days. Their service has been outstanding, and the tub itself has worked floorlessley for over a year now.
