COVID-19 Information​

To All Our Customers,

Here at the Tub Company, we are doing our best to adapt to the ever-changing situation. Our primary goal is the safety of our customers and employees, but still being able to provide the first-class service that all our customers experience. So we would like to update you on the changes we are putting in place. 


At the moment we still plan of remaining open as per our advertised hours. Our spacious showroom is routinely cleaned and disinfected and not crowded. With our large glass frontage, you are also able to view our display range through the window.

As per government advice if you have any symptoms the advice is to stay at home.

We also offer:

  • Private Appointments
  • WhatsApp and Video Calls


Currently, we don’t foresee any issues in being able to deliver your new hot tub. As part of the installation, it will be sanitised before our installation team leave. If you have a hot tub on order we shall be in regular communication as always with updated with any revised delivery procedure.

Existing Customers

There is no reason to stop using your hot tub at this time. I’m sure for many of you it might be your only oasis of calm right now! Both PWTAG with Public Health England and the CDC have confirmed that a properly managed hot tub is perfectly safe to use.

For all your hot tub and swim spa supplies we have a well-stocked showroom, We also offer and an online shop. Any order over £50 will qualify for free next day shipping.

Servicing and Repairs

We aim to continue to provide a servicing and repair schedule where it is deemed safe to do so. 

Please read for updated procedures. For all service and repair bookings please ensure your hot tub has a sufficient sanitiser level present (e.g. Chlorine or Bromine). For service bookings we request you add a high ‘shock’ dose of sanitiser to the water the day before our arrival. A typical high dose would be 5 – 10 times the normal amount, so a reading of 20+ ppm on the test strip.  

Please note: If we do attend any booking and find insufficient levels of sanitiser in the water we may not be able to carry out any work and you may be charged a call-out fee.  

If you are in self-isolation please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your booking.

Thank you for your understanding in these difficult times we find ourselves in. We still strongly believe this is a short term situation and it will pass.

So wash your hands, turn off the 24-hour news feeds and sit back in your hot tub. Relax, Unwind and Re-balance. There’s no better place to be in a time like this.
