Here at the Tub Company, we are doing everything we can to make ensure smooth running and reduce disruptions to a minimum. With the current COVID situation we have had to implement some measures cope with these difficult times and ensure the safety for both our customers and staff. Please read on for details on how we are operating and we thank you for your understanding.
Showroom

Under Tier 4 restrictions our showroom is currently closed to the public. However, we are still here and answering all enquiries. Please get in touch via the usual channels.
Supplies

For all water chemicals and accessories, these can be ordered online for either delivery or click and collect from the showroom.

Free next-day delivery on all orders over £50.
Installations

All hot tub and swim spa deliveries are going ahead as normal.
In order to operate safely and in-line with the Government requirements, we have new safeguarding measures to protect our team, our customers, and the wider public. The measures are vitally important and the only way we can currently operate. Please carefully read these new requirements below –
- We cannot attend if any member of your household has got COVID-19, symptoms of COVID-19, waiting for a COVID-19 test result or have been asked to isolate via NHS Test and Trace.
- Please ensure all members of your household stay indoors whilst the engineers are in attendance. When the engineers need you, they will let you know.

Servicing and Repairs

We are still performing servicing and repairs to all our customers. However, for everyone’s safety, we request that:-
- On the day of the service, the hot tub water must have a Free Chlorine or Bromine reading of at least 10 ppm. On the morning of the service, you must dip test the hot tub water to check this. The engineer will not service a hot tub that does not have this reading. This is essential and must be actioned.
- We cannot attend if any member of your household has got COVID-19, symptoms of COVID-19, waiting for a COVID-19 test result or have been asked to isolate via NHS Test and Trace.
- Please ensure all members of your household maintain a safe distance with our engineer. If the engineer needs to speak to you, he will let you know.
If our engineer attends and the new safety requirements are not met, we will not be able to service the hot tub and our standard call out fee will be payable.
